To celebrate the 200th birthday of Aristide Cavaillé-Coll we offer a gourmet trip covering his most beautiful organs in the South of France.
On our trip on the Organ Tour Bus through southern France we get to know the fascinating organs in Bordeaux, St. Sever, Oloron, St. Gaudens, St. Girons, Toulouse, Carcassonne, Perpignan, Montpellier, Bédarieux, Nimes and Marseille, among others.
Each organ will be presented with a small recital and a few introductory words, after which participants can view the console. A lot to see and a lot to hear, and for organists, the chance to play themselves. Something for everyone! An organ trip for friends of the organ and for professionals.
Starting point: approx. 3 pm in the hotel in Bordeaux. Finishing point approx. 3 pm in Lyon. Both towns can be be reached easily by TGV from Paris. We will gladly organize the train journey for you. You can also fly from/to Bordeaux and Lyon.
Tour guide: Dr. Kurt Lueders
